About My Work

I help people put a final expense policy in place so the cost of a farewell never lands on the family.

Why I Help People Plan Their Farewell

I started this work after watching a close friend sort out a funeral with no money set aside for it. The grief was heavy enough. The bills made it heavier, and nobody had a plan to lean on.

Final expense coverage exists for exactly that moment. It is a small whole life policy that pays a cash benefit to the person you choose, and it can be set up long before anyone needs it.

My job is to make that setup feel ordinary. I explain each choice in plain words, I answer the same question twice without a sigh, and I leave the final say with you.

What I believe

The Way I Like to Work

A few simple ideas guide every conversation I have about burial coverage.

Plain words first

If a term needs a dictionary, I swap it for a sentence you would use at the dinner table.

Budget before benefit

A premium you can keep paying matters more than a big number you might drop later.

Your wishes lead

Burial, cremation or a quiet gathering at home. The plan follows what you want, not the other way round.

No rushing

You can sleep on it, talk to your children and come back with more questions whenever you are ready.

What People Tell Me First

Most first conversations open with one of these worries. Here is how I usually answer.

I do not want my kids to pay for my funeral.

My answer: that is the whole point of the policy, and it is a very good reason to start.

I figured I was too old to get coverage.

My answer: this kind of policy is built for later in life, so it is worth a look before you rule it out.

I hate the idea of a medical exam.

My answer: most applications rely on a short list of health questions instead of a doctor visit.

I have no clue how much to get.

My answer: neither does anyone at first. I help you price the farewell you picture and build from there.
